Revell Spitfire Mk 2a

Post by digger303 »

I've have take my Mum to Perth for a medical test and since there is going to be a waiting period from the time the injection is administered and when they do the the scan 2-5hrs. I thought I'd take a kit with me and it's going to be pouring all day to top it off.

Now this will be another stop start build as when I get back I'll finish the Sherman and then get back to this with the proviso that if Francis clears the decks and wants to start the new buddy build I'll put it aside and launch into that.

This is a older kit I'm sure everyone recognises. :fly2:

Typical Revell box end opening with all the parts jumbled up.

The decals look ok and quite colourful

I have also have gone the extra yard and procured a few aftermarket items to hopefully give it bit of a lift without running right up to the cost of a Tamiya kit, which I'll reveal as the build progresses. : :silence:
