How long do you let the glue set when assembling indy track lengths?

With Tamiya extra thin I let it set 20 minutes before I move it. That's with magic tracks, other plastic's compounds may take less or more time, just test one link at the very end to see if it will pull off easily, if it does wait a little longer.
