Well it was bedtime for myself and hanna and i said "I'm just bona pop to the cave to paint the white underbelly on the f4" an hour later and I've painted the entire aircraft.

Akan paints were superb as usual, the white covers better than any whit dive used before much better than tamiya white too. Ive already added some weathering to the underbelly white paint. Theres a few places that need touching up but ill sort those tomorrow, over all its looking good

Thats some astonishing pre-shading work there :thumb2:

Can you do it "one handed" or do you use your spare hand to steady & guide the other hand (absolutely no pun intended).

Doesnt make any difference, I`m just curious - hey maybe you mention it in the latest video, in which case, say nothing & I`ll find out.

Looking forward to mid-week :bow::

So now fully painted, with paint weathering effects, panel fading mottling and post shading, gloss coated then 7 hours of decaling and then matt coated ready for some weathering.

Just edited part 12 so hopefully that should be up soon, one more part and its finished :thumb2:

Getting there now, all the aircraft was given an oil dot filter to bleak fade and add streaks to the paintwork. Once dry this gloss coated using alclad aqua gloss, and then i used Ultimate concrete wash for the panel lines rivets etc.

LOL

You can see the tester tail piece and the effect the wash gives :thumb2:
