ALARM! ENGLANDER!

Post by ForbesHutton »

As Odin's handler didn't speak dog, his warnings went unheeded. As a result Sally, the SOE's only English Spaniel agent, was able to continue with her perilous mission, eventually gaining the trust of Hitler's dog, Goldie, and gaining access to the inner circle of the Third Reich.

The car and most of the figures are from a Master Box kit.

The German Sheppard and handler are from Dragon and the road is a casting from Barbakan.

Thanks guys!

I wanted to do something a bit more lighthearted after the Brummbar/Kursk Diorama (I found that quite dark) and the Dragon half-track peeing me right off.

The MasterBox kit was quite good, I didn't bother with the engine and left some tiny parts off (the latches and handles for the hood/bonnet), a handful of mistakes or mislabeled parts in the instruction, but a relaxing build. The figures too, only had to use a small amount of putty on two of them. I'd recommend the kit ("where are the damned roads?" #35112) to anyone that wants a change of pace.
