Sorry, after completing the Dangerous Cat SIG I just had to do another Panther build! Out of my stash came the older Dragon Panther D. Still a reasonable kit but somewhat lacking compared to the more recent releases.

Built from the box it has only had the addition of Aber grills, Neo Models accessory set and a metal barrel.

White was then added to the buff to then begin a looser version of modulation. More white was added and built up until the desired result is achieved;

Hi Mark, the light coloured stuff is from a resin accessory set. I got a Neo Models Panther Accessory Set a few years ago from HLJ.

The results of the fading but this time was a little more involved than the dot filter. I was unhappy with the dot filter so had to render the surfaces with light coloured oils
