This was a privately owned aircraft registered G-FRCE depicted in 2005. Made using the new tooled Gnat and S&M Silk Decals SSM72-001. Brush painted in Hu14

Very nice build, the Gnat looks great in blue.

Can i ask what made you choose to depict this aircraft instead of the more well known/ obvious paint schemes?

Thanks, it's a combination of doing something a little different and having already donated the kits decal sheet to a member on another forum who had refurbished an old Airfix Gnat last year.

I do have another two in the paint shop in more traditional schemes which should be ready for skid out in the next few days. One things for sure Gnats can never be accused of being boring grey (well unless you make a Hot Shots version).
