Hello from Nottingham

Post by Oilyragman »

Hi there, my name's Rog, from Nottingham England. I got back into this snippy, smoothy, gluey, painty business about 2 years before I retired from the Fire Service, that was 4 and a half years ago. My god that's 6 and a half years, time really does fly. Anyway my bag is military, 1:35 military. It was a bit of everything then it went all cold war Soviet, now however its all British, modern British the sort of stuff that would have been seen on the roads of England. Mainly transport, recovery, engineering etc.
That said the only connection I have with the army is through my eldest son who joined up at 16, went into the artillery and is now a Sgt Major at 31 bless him.
So that's me, I'd better go and get some building done and less buying, Telford skinned me, ah well only here once.
