Best Russian models you guys have built?

Now I know this will be a personal and divided topic but what are the best Russian models people have built or would recommend from the 1990 - today era ( subject matter that is). I am looking to do a large Russian diorama in the near future which i am sure will contain a T-90, not sure which manufacturer I will buy yet, but i don't know what i could build to go with it. Should mention the scale is 1/35, any help would be great.

I have also seen picture taken after the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan which showed a wrecked T34/85 (ttracks and road wheels removed, hatches open) which shows that the Soviet army was not adverse to re-cycling older kit for their C and D category divisions
