Question: colour match Williams F1 FW13B blue

Hi, I'm building a 1/20 Tamiya Williams F1 FW13B car. Theres a few places after decal I need to touch up the blue colour on the decal. I'm wondering if any one of you guys know the closest paint that matches the blue. The Tamiya flat blue and gloss blue both are a little off.
This is the decal I used:

Have u tried zero paints m8? He will match to decals
