Hiya everybody

I wanted to make my indtroductions, as many out there it seems have returned to modelling from when they used to do it before. Personally I had a glue slaphappy childhood, tossing together some 50 airplane models which inevitably ended up as balls of glue and enamel fumes, not to mention the little cans of paint (cough ...humbrol) that ended up being as unhandy and sloppy as large tin of enamel paint. That being said I always continued painting space hulk and warhammer 40k due to their acrylic paints, here are some of the war gaming models I painted.





A couple of weeks ago I found in an old box and old 1/48 italeri apache longbow (no 831) that I had forgot about for almost 20 years. Being inspired to see what I could do with this thing after so many years of painting such small miniatures so I picked up an inexpensive compressor and airbrush and away I go. Oh and I should not forget to mention that after having watch what I think is days worth of modelling youtubes over the holidays ti left me well inspired. I shall try and set up a thread for my first build, so you can see if things indeed get better with age :-D
