this is my second tank kit I have bought fuilmodel track for this kit a bunch of AK and mig productions weathering product this should be good look forward to seeing everyone's build

tiger 1's are a heavy tanks which were from Germany and served from 1942-1945 during world war 2. the designer henschel & son designed the tiger in 1941 for a cost of 250,800 German reichsmark, and 1,347 were made



the tiger 1 weighed 54 tonnes ( 60 short tons)and was 20ft 9in in length. or 27ft 9 in gun forward. the width was 11ft 8 in and was 9ft 8 in high and could crew 5.
the armour a25-120mm the main armament was 1x 8.8cm KwK36L/56 92 rounds.

the secondary armour was 2 x 7.92mm mg 34 machine guns 4,500 rounds



the heart of this beast was a may Bach HL230 P45 V-12 700PS (960HP) powers at 13PS/tonne

the ground clearance on a machine this big was 0.47m (1ft 7in) and the suspension were torsion bars, the fuel capacity was 540L 140 US Gal, including reverse.

operational range was 110-195KM ( 68-121m) ata speed of 45.4 KM/H ( 28.2 MPH)



now this might be correct guys so don't shoot me down if it is LOL this isn't for my particular tiger its just tiger 1's in general.

so as me tiger still hasn't arrived I though I would make start on the fruilmodels track, first time using these track they are lovely a bit of clean up with 0.5mm drill that took abit of time but none the less well worth it

I wouldn't go more than 90-04 links in Dave until you kit arrive. You won't know how many you'll need until you go to test fit them.

Well the tracks turned out fine the trouble is the model in question didn't arrive at all so I couldnt be arsed with it all so I oacked them away for a future project
