a question about the rules

Hi there
As some of you may have seen i entered this sig 5 times with different kits for all the production types
But i am running into trouble at the moment
I am able to finish 3 more of my ongoing builds in time
2 of these are already finished and the third is close to finishing and needs just a few hours of work
But i am having severe internet problems at home and have no connection and that will be solved around the same time as the deadlines of my builds
I have a phone (wich i am using now) but my contract with the provider included just a small amount of data traffic , mainly because i use the home network 99% of the time
So i am not able to upload complete updates
But i have already uploaded the reveal pics for the finished builds
So my question is
Can i do the reveals in time but wait with the updates on the build process untill my internet problem is solved
It could be that everything is fixed in time but i want to be sure i don't break any rules
