Hey guys and girls, My name is Steve and I have just joined this awesome forum, after being directed here from Fb thanks to Paul B.

I am fairly new back to this hobby having returned last October, before that my last build was something like 21 years ago. My preference is mainly 1/48 scale WW2 aircraft, I have a bunch in my stash but up until this point I have only completed a handful, family life and everything else seems to get in the way but I do bits here and there. My most recently completed build was a horrible fitting 1/48 Spitfire Vb from Airfix, which I turned into a Soviet Lend-Lease Winter Diorama for a group build on Facebook.

I love checking out other people's builds and hope to learn a lot from you guys on here. I've had a quick browse around the site already and some of the work on here is unbelievable.

That's me in a nutshell anyhow, I look forward to becoming a part of the ISM community. Take care, and happy modelling!
