Hello from West Yorkshire!

[floyd]

Greetings One and All, i'm Jon. After watching numerous ISM videos on YouTube and reading posts on here, I thought it about time I joined and said hello.

I've been modeling seriously for about the past year, having taken up the hobby as a form of "Aversion Therapy" due to some difficult times at home. But have now found myself well and truly addicted!
I will build pretty much anything going, and so far have built Revell 1/24 Ferrari 599 GTO & Golf GTi, Airfix 1/72 Hawker Hurricane & 1/48 BAE Warrior, and Tamiya Fieseler Fi103 (V1) Flying bomb.
I have amassed quite a stash already, with the Airfix 1/24 Hawker Typhoon taking pride of place (i'm trying to get the courage up to start it at some point!) amongst other modern aircraft and numerous pieces of armour old and new.

I look forward to getting to know some of you on here more and taking part in some of the GB's and SIG's, think i might just have to enter the Egg plane one...
