Some more progress,

Weathered the Post Box

Image

Painted up the clock to go on the end of the Pub, this was from Trackpads SWS range as well.

Image

Bought these to go on the dio, the Austin Tilly will have bright red mudguards, fenders to our colonial friends, and I like this figure set, I have used them before.

Image

I made this scratchbuilt cart so the 2 kids could be collecting wood from the bombed site.

Image

Here are the figures painted up and ready for the dio

Image

Image

Views of the dio with the figure in place.

Image

with the cart painted up, the cart was made from odd bits of timber, recycled from bomb sites hence the odd colours

Image

Image

Hope you like how it is developing

Superb work Geoff. That cart made of scrap is excellent. Very scene setting.
An amazing piece to look at and it's not even finished.

I just noticed how behind I am with this so here are some more progress pics.

The Bomb Disposal Austin Tilly has been made, painted and loaded with Value Gear stowage.

Image

Image

Image

and now a period Black & White

Image

Added a few flowers growing in the debris and some blown leaves as it is coming to the end of the Summer 1942

Image

The Bomb Disposal Guy having a cuppa and looking at his manual while having a break.

Image

Image

I needed something to go in the front left where there is an empty area so to show it is later than the early war blitz period I decided on this set of figures

Image

Made and primed

Image

That's it for now, so let's get painting.
