15 Years later

So after 15 years I've dug out all my old boxes of crap from my cupboard and had a rummage around.
To my surprise I found:

Aztec 4709 Deluxe airbrush set still complete with all its cups, bottles and nozzles and in working order.
1 can of nearly full propellent (bought when my compressor blew up years and years ago), still works.
Set of magic hands.
Various hairy sticks in varying states.
A nearly full Revell Contacta glue.
Various sets of x-acto blades - no handle.
A couple of pipettes.
A reel of masking strips, varying thickness.
A set of micro drill bits for a twist drill with no twist drill.
3/4 of a bottle of Tamiya X20 thinner.
26 bottles of various Tamiya Acrylics colours suitable for armour, all practically brand new.

What a result, the shopping list for my first project back in the hobby just got a hell of a lot shorter and cheaper lol

I'm going to be doing this Dragon OT34/76

Although I will be doing a normal T34/76 as the kit comes with both mounting for the flame thrower and the standard machine gun, it also has lots of PE parts that I will not have to use as I'm basing it on a tank for the game world of tanks and as such dont need loads of detail or even the external tanks. So I will end up with loads of spare bits for other projects or to practise on. The one in the game has spare links mounted on the front of the hull and luckily even though this kit doesn't have them, there are enough individual 'magic track' links in the kit to make this up too.

Also the best bit is its only £25 - bargain.

yeah, I'm surprised that with how big World of Tanks is now that Wargaming haven't got together with someone like Zvezda and started a licensed production run of WoT kits.

That may yet happen. I've rumours to that effect just a weeks ago.
I wouldn't hold my breath though
