Most KV-2s were either painted in green or green with white wash during the winter Slick.
The Russians weren't all that big into camouflaging their vehicles. I don't think that there are any photos of a soviet camouflaged KV-2.
The Germans loved to camo the hell out of them though. They captured a bunch and returned them to service with German markings and camo if that interests you.

Here's a site with a tonne of Soviet KV-2s in photos, as you can see they don't have any camo patterns other than the white wash on a few.

Here are some captured German examples.

The Russians used a few different camo's mainly as Coen stated based on the winter white wash or 4BO green . But also based on the German Tri tonal and others using brown over green too .
Have a look here http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/s ... t_KV-1.php its reasonable to stipulate that these camo patterns may have been applied to KV-2's at some point ? Not seen any photos though .
