Italieri 1/48th Hawker Hurricane

Couldn't be part of the 48hr BoB build but I have started sort of late. The Italieri Hawker Hurricane is , I'm told, a pig of build so as I have two I thought I'd start one.

Just Tamiya brown panel line wash.

Looking great. Be interesting to see how it goes as I haven't built an Italeri kit but have four in the stash.

The state of the Italieri Hurricane as of 5:00pm. Wings are on, cockpit tub a fuselage joins up and gaps everywhere. It's a shame as this is a nicely detailed kit with a good decal sheet. So why stuff up on making things fit. I reckon on half a tube of putty filling the chasms.
