Lancaster on hard stand being refueled

also used Airfix WWII refuelling set and Airfix Bofors Gun.

Made bunker cut from a block of styrofoam covered in plaster.

Lovely piece of work there. Dio base is very well put together and the figures give a real dynamic aspect to the scene.

In the stash: Revell 1/32 Beaufighter, Airfix 1/48 Lightning, Academy 1/72 Catalina, Academy 1/72 B17F, and THAT Revell Voyager Kit.

I agree, well put together and the ground work is realistic.

Thanks guy's, it was an idea that grew, it started with the idea of a Lanc on a hard stand then morphed into what you see.
