My mother tongue is Vietnamese, however born in Austraalia.
As I don't think there are many chances to do a Vietnamese vehicle in any foreseeable future sigs or GB,
am I entitled to build the Zsu-23-4m anti air mobile system?

They were used by the vietnamese during the VN War.
