I'm going to build this little guys from Italeri. Dunno what to do for the dio

Maybe I'm going to buy a second "kit".
I tell you more about the history of the cremean war if i know what to do for the dio.

Hey guys,
Now I dicided what to build for the dio. The british and french troops wanted a victory over the russians. So they decided to siege Sevastopol. And my dio will be a scene where russians defende Sevastopol .
So now I show you what I've done so far:
First I glued all the miniatures on a piece of wood to handel them better. Then I've primed then in Revell Matt 8.


I painted the flesh with lifecolor (don't know exactely whitch).
After that I started to work on the guns. First I painted all their wooden parts in Revell dark green.



Then I paintad all the metal parts in Revell rust. And drybrushed hard with black over it.



To get the metal finish I scrubbed over it with a pencil.


So thats it for now.

Different subject , but one that I like very much ...must do some sort of diorama using all the Napoleonic 1/72 figures that I have around !

Nice work on the cannons. Siege of Sevastopol sounds interesting. I've always wanted to do the charge of the Light Brigade, but to paint all those horses and different uniforms would be a challenge in its self.
