Hi all I pre ordered a book from these guys was due to be released January 2016 now unable to get any answers from them any one dealt with them before? the book in question is airplanes-in-scale-ii-the-greatest-guide-jets-english

Sorry never have or even seen there advertising. However they may just be lousy at answering messages and the release or their stock may not have arrived yet. So don't give up hope just yet.

That book is still in pre-order status on their site and not available on the MIG site. Patience will be the best solution here

I'm just a little disappointed they won't respond I did pay with pay pal so I will wait a little while

Yeah, the customer service of some company's is not what it should be.

And if it goes wrong, file a complaint with paypal and in most cases you will get your money back.
