Zvezda BF109 F-4 1/48

Post by Canulus »

Hi everybody.

I just wanted to share my attempt at the Zvezda BF109. Some bits are missing due to that fantastic plastic that they used to mold the kit (which was not fragile at all) :bash: . But i will try to mend the damages as best as i can...

Looks good to me. Got their LA5 in the stash, never made a Zvezda before.
Regards, Dave.

A fair warning (which i learned the hard way): Get a really, really good primer. Or else the paint will just jump off again when you take the first glance at it

Thank you :) Open engine bay is something i have wanted to do for a long time, and seeing that zvezda includes the option for it it thought why not. Still would want to add some PE to it in order to enhance the realism.

I have the same kit in my stash and might just decide to start it after seeing your work. Good job. :)

I like it, the engine and camo is pretty sweet.
