Revell 1/72 Vought F4U-1A Corsair

HI guys her is my WIP of the Vought F4U-1A Corsairs a new tool (2014)from Revell
here you can find my WIP and some of the work done kit overall is ok however has some issues on the fittings and requires some all good sanding and filling

Still fitting issues and the engine cover is not done well at all

Decided to go a head and start the painting job however I decided to make things difficult for me and start with the colour wrong colour.

Some updates even if at this stage i broken the canopy glass i order a new one from Revell lets see how it works.

Looks like one of those builds were every thing goes wrong. But nice work so far, turning a bad kit into something decent. Keep it up.

Happy enough with the final result and with some weathering I should be able to to hide most of the imperfections and now just let it dry until tomorrow and then Alclad aqua gloss.

So the spare Canopy arrived after 6 weeks...... yes 6 weeks :shock: :shock:
Anyway the canopy has been painted and weathered :banana: :banana:
