I've been playing around with the photo setting on my phone (no camera :violin: ) and using paper for a background, hope it doesn't look weird....

Do you remember that I broken off the nose gear strut and that I repaired it? Nah! No even close, as you can see here it can't take the weight :bash:

Thats a mucky pup! Nice job. Kind of looks cool with that bent nose leg, like it's been on the Stella.

Thanks peppie :thumb1:
It was an experiment with the photos, just to see. They're a bit too much don't you think  I am quite pleased with the background, it couldn't be more basic.
I was actually going with a cleaner finish mate but got carried away.....

:cheers2:

Crickey Chiefy I don't know I just messed about in photo settings, I know that the white balance is all the way up to get rid of shadows, other than that....????

Looks Great !! :thumb2:

the only comment I have is that the aircraft you dipicted USAF F-16D block 50 #90-0841 is from the the 85th TES (Test and evauluation) they usually keep their aircraft very clean.

...with that said the weathering looks great ! :thumb2:

Thanks for the feedback Smithy, a mixed bag!
Regarding the actual aircraft, I'm not big into researching the subject as you can see  maybe I ought to put more effort into it. To be honest the weathering was more of an experiment than anything else. I'm impatient mate I just want to get on with it.

Cheers me dear...

I love weathering! Weathering sets a mood, so even if it's really grungy, it draws a lot of interest to the subject. Very nice job. Looks like your experiment turned out pretty darn nice!
