M8 Greyhound Ambush at poteau

Post by psydeviant »

Ok going to make a start on this little scene of the ambush at poteau consisting of a tamiya M8 greyhound and the dragon ambush set of figures

i managed to pick up the metal barrel and an aber set of etched fenders , might get the other interior set not sure if its worth it as ill also need some stowage and possibly wheels too and it all adds up ,
I find it too much that the little extras i want for the kit comes in at twice the price i paid for the M8 in the first place, it gets expensive

I love that scene, always wanted to build it too, I have the German set also, I'd still have to get the scout, and yes the update sets will put your a$$ in the poor house, Lol. I'm lucky in one way I have a crap load of spares to dig through, and one box full of photo etch. Years of the family wanting to get me stuff, can't wait to see this in the making, lucky.

This will be a wicked scene!
Greyhounds are awesome things. Nicely chosen.

I've seen a pic of a couple of greyhounds abandoned on a side of a track with a German convoy going past. Looks really cool.
Looking forward to your dio
