Hi From Norfolk

Hi everyone I'm Dave from King's Lynn in Norfolk.

I am a fifty something who thanks to the ISM YouTube channel has been launched back to a hobby that I haven't done for 30 plus years and even then all I did was build up Airfix kits without painting them. This means that I am really a newbie to scale modelling.

My plan to get my skills up is to start with the new Revell Roland C2 1/48 scale (forgot about the rigging), then I have the 1/48th F!6C (block 25/32) from Tamiya. My target at the moment is to get a collection of 1/48th American carrier planes of WW2 so I have bought the Eduard F6F Hellcat late profipack and limited edition Dauntless SBD5 the idea with these is to try out etch parts and resin as I have never used these.

By the way Paul my wife is after you when she realised what tools and paints I would need and how much they would cost.

I have loads of questions that I will get to later but for the moment bye everyone.
