Well Pete, you're braver than me, I haven't plucked up the courage to post a AFV build on here yet but ones coming soon ;)

Hi 99% finished,glued upper & lower,rear together.

You have an amazing build there privatepete, I always like following all the builds, I love watching them come to life, again great job.

The silly putty looks like the way to go for this type of camo, easy to apply and take off. Looking forward to seeing the edges it leaves when you remove it.

Really nice, never liked open top anything creeps me out. Our heads are targeted, and you feel it, Again great build.

Oh my gosh! I was just on ScaleHobbyist the other day and was considering ordering this very kit! Curious to see how yours turns out, great work so far!

Had disaster on the bench !st snapped of aerial, 2nd dropped it knocking off both front window hatches & the windows are now inside the hull,3rd the paint job is crap (if I could a/brush it would have worked). This the result.

More or less when I dropped it it was still tacky & moved the silly putty & the second coat run under the putty so decided to completely strip & start over :eeek: .Painting camo by hand is hit & miss in my book :wall:

Washed & dried, have lost both w/screens will have to make some :eeek:

Then I cut a hole in bottom, fit w/screen & repair :bash: & repaint :crazy:

Wow sorry that happened, at least your a hobbyist you can fix it, but I don't know you, but if that would had happened to me, I would have had to calm down, and I mean for sometime, or I would have beaten it to death, lol. But you got this. Good save so far.

Had a few issues with paint, as you might know I have little or no confidence in my painting ability (please see my portfolio this will explain) anyway nearly there, big sigh all round :banana: have only to weather the hole thing probably one post and that will be that,
