My test Mongol from Fire Forge Games

This is my test paint scheme for my Mongol. It is from Fire Forge Games 28mm plastic range

Some nice paint, shadow and detail work there. I also like the base details
I have done some Britush soldiers from the Zulu wars era and a Bilbo/ Frodo dio, so have a bit of the figure painting bug...not much of a war game player though

Having visited Mongolia several times times now for work I must say it looks very authentic from what I've seen over there. Being 28 mm scale must have made you :ooops: doing all the detail and shadow work. Big :th: on the :jd: work.

As always happy modeling and keep sticking styrene.

The best 28mm painters don't game they love the hobby. =)
Paul believe or not 28mm is not that bad to paint up. Most of my work is dry brushing and washes with highlights at the end.
The only poorly painted miniature is the one that is not painted .
