US WW2 webbing colour

Post by Kevthemodeller »

I've got quite a bit of stowage to paint a lot of it is webbing and canvas, I can't find a colour that really matches in my collection.

Can anyone suggest an acrylic that fits the bill?

Kevin, I use US Field Drab for old canvas (vallejo 70.873) For new canvas I use canvas (70.314) from the panzer aces range. For intermediate stuff I use English Uniform (70.927).

Best regards.

Paul

Your welcome mate, just stick those paint numbers into the converter to get the AK equivalent.

It converts the color code from one company to a different code from another.

Here's a link to a thread here on ism all about it. http://www.intscalemodeller.com/viewtopic.php?f=55&t=9
