It was sluggish for me last night. Sometimes I think they do rolling maintenance, or are just overloaded with traffic depending upon the hour. Sometimes shockwave hangs up, too, but I think it's more on my end with that and maybe it's time I refresh the PC or check my drivers.

I prefer to drag and drop rather than use their upload button, which method are you using? Also I try to keep it to 5 or 6 photos at a time and if I'm doing more than that I upload in batches.
