Zvezda gave me 2x sprue B no sprue A

Hi all, bought the zvezda 1/48 bf 109 f2 and looks like a good kit but I've got 2x sprue B and no sprue A which contains the fuselage making the kit utterly useless the box was sealed with the zvezda stickers and the sprues were sealed in their bag meaning it must be an error when they were packaging it. I've contacted zvezda but no reply as of yet. Any ideas?

The lack of reply doesn't necessarily mean they aren't taking notice, just bad communicators. If you have included a mailing address it could be already on it's way via sea......sloooow.I would have contacted the shop you bought it from as well. But only time will tell if they heed your woes.

I didn't think about adding an address! Thought they'd reply sooner but was wrong. I'll contact the shop, I just feel bad for them as it's clearly not their fault as was a sealed box so they got sold incomplete stock...

yes but best to go through the shop as they have more pull and probably have a more direct communication.

good news, contacted the shop and they're sending me the parts only time will tell if that means just sprue A or a full box!
