Hello,

My fellow scale model builders or better you guys and girls are the scale modelers not me i just recently threw myself into this hobby.
My name is Safir im 31 years old,i live in Aalst Belgium with my wonderfull Russian wife and our 2 children(daughter and son).
Since i was a boy i was like many others interested in airplanes and history.
I got interested in scale modelling from my uncle who was a great modeller but i didn't have the time to start with it actually.
Now i came to a point were i need a hobby that gives me peace and rest so i got started.
I bought some zvezda kits in russia last time my wife and i went and i also have some airfix kits.
now im doing some research on how to start and finish a model but im a little afraid that i will ruin the model.
i thought about starting with a 1/48 spitfire mk I.

Good choice, and don't be worried about getting it wrong. I am only just about to finish my first model after very many years, I have made many mistakes, but that's how he learn &
