Making filler

Hi all,
Just a quick question when making the plastic filler with TET and old sprues does it make any difference if you make it from a softer styrene or a harder type ??

I never tried that technique, i am sorry. But i have another idea for you. You can make some nice filler using instant glue and flour. Mix it, apply it and dried it can be sandend, drilled and cut. It does also not shrink. The disadvantage is that you can not store it, you have to mix it on demand.

Thanks. I heard you can also mix talc instead of flour.
On another note though, I have always been fascinated by your ww1 video. Was it ever used, was it ever successful. Should imagine artillery ,shell holes and mud would have stopped them.

i doubt that it was a thing that entered any kind of wide service, because it is just silly. I do not even know how it was called, when it was used and so on. I´d love to know more about it though. WW1 is not really a time for genius military development besides a few groundbreaking inventions.
