This is M4A1 Sherman fitted with 5AITC wading trunk which I'm going to try to scratch build.

I had to do lot of mods to the standard D47527 bogie,its fitted with a B207881 skid and D38501 spoked wheels.

Thank you very much, yes there are a few Sherman around at the minute and one or two paddling tanks :lol:

Thank you means lot ,I took a chance with it I payed £5.00 at a show and was pleasantly surprised at the quality .

Lovely Pete, lovely. I do love a bit of scratch building, I have enough trouble sticking the the provided bits. What sizes of wire did you use mate.

Thank you,means a lot .The wire I use is cooper jewelry bead wire,sizes in mm 0.3/0.4 to make self recovery cables, small handles, wirring to light etc 0.4/0.6 for bigger grab handles (0.6 on the above),road springs, 0.8/1.0 cleaning rods,pipes .Hope that helps.

I have had a bit trouble I deleted the photo bucket app from my mobile not realizing it would delete ever single photo I have ever taken.So every build on here has no pic's . But have got some back for this one.

Thanks chalky was trying for wash out sandy look got some wear near I think ,the Sherman's in Italy & Sicily where a much lighter green, hence the donkey ring's on the turret.
