Lysus' MS-09F Dom Tropen x2

Post by Lysus »

First Gundam kits I've done in almost 20 years complete! Far from perfect or Class A work, I'm satisfied with them. When I was younger it was all hair brushes and Testor's enamels, so this was a lot of fun for me to use some grown up tools. Still working on this whole camera/booth thingy, so pardon some blur and contrast issues, I'm getting there ;)

Thanks! Some of the weathering looks good, and some I think looks like it lost a paintball match. But hey, I'm still learning.

:cheers2:

Thanks for the kind words, Antonio!

Although I really want to work on my sub and Tamiya set next, I'm also pumped to do more of these. I have one more Dom in the stash...

Hey Dude, very cool and everything.... but why is one of the guys armed with a load of Panzerfausts?

Is he worried he's gonna run across a stranded Sherman or something? LOL
Its been tried and tested, it works! So don't blame the system if you're no good.

Thanks, Stokesy :)

They do actually run into tanks and the like; the machines are made to bust warships in the films, so in keeping with the real life analogies they carry things like fausts.

There's even the odd instance of using scaled up grenades, but even I find that one to be stretching it a bit ;)
