Miniart 1/35 T-80

Post by RobertK »

So, finally completed something! I grabbed this kit from a IPMS show, was very cheap so I thought, why not buy and build it? :)

Anyway, the kit itself was not that many parts (not counting the indy links), there was a small PE fret, some parts I decided to not use because they were too small to handle.
The plastic was extremly fragile, the sprues felt very light and tamiya extra thin did attack it quite severly so I had to be careful. The bars and individual track links was terrible to cut out, I had bring out the razer saw to cut the sprues or else the the small fragile links would just break.

But, despite this it was a nice little build, the instructions wasn't clear but the low amount of parts made it an easy build anyway :)

Cool build RobertK. Sounds like a nice little build. I've not done any miniart tank builds, working with there buildings has made me VERY cautious of their tank kits. lets face it there buildings are a pain in the butt Lol. Again cool build.
