german tactical mark help

Need clarification with the towed artillery battalion mark or who has reference that this marks are used by the following unit? I want to be sure before putting this decals and don't want to mess my model

-Horch 1a and 20mm flakvierling
-Sd.kfz.251/1 and 20mm Flak 38 sd.ah.51

Also are these marks commonly used by the luftwaffe? since they're in charge of most anti-aircraft defense?
