Camo patterns/colors

Post by chops1sc »

I have exhausted my knowledge of Google searching as well as searching on here for a guide to camo colors and patterns. I'm probably skipping right over it but any help is appreciated. Does anyone have a magical website that shoes color photos of WW2 camo patterns for both allied and axis AFVs?

Tank Encyclopedia might be some help as they have side view camo patterns of many tanks from around the world and covers from world war 1 to current day tanks, it would be better if they had front back and top down views as well but the side view can give you a base to start from.

Also AK Interactive did a couple of books covering German and Russian armor camo schemes but sadly i dont think there is one single source that we can use.

Though it doesn't cover AFV camo schemes, the site Camopedia http://www.camopedia.org/ is a fantastic resource for all imaginable uniform patterns.

You might find this useful as well as an addition to the camo
