Tamiya 1/350 New tool Yamato kit- is it any good?

Hi,

I was wondering whether the Tamiya 1/350 Yamato New tool is a good kit?, I also know that it doesn't include any railing, would that matter?

Best bet is to search on-line for reviews. Even if its a brand new kit and there are no build reviews you should be able to find some in-box reviews.
