Looking good there Paul! :th:

That carbon really heightens the realism of the car. The wooden plank is a great addition, did it come with the kit or did you add it yourself? :)

How do you get the decals stay down over lumps and curves because I use microset and microsol and sometimes still have trouble.

Tamiya and Fujimi F1 kits outclass them by far IMHO
Well engineered and detailed mouldings from Japanese manufacturers
Look at the motorcycle kit craze going on here at ISM...most are Tamiya kits and they are AWESOME!!!!
Pull out a Revell dirt bike kit and you will want to shoot yourself halfway through

My apologies Exmoor, not a reason for you to abandon this build.
Please go at it and we all will be happy to help along and make her as nice as the box art is
In fact I bought a Revell Williams FW19 last week...but man I know it will be a beast of a build, but no one else kitted that particular vehicle

Another lovely clean build paul :thumb1: what colour do revell quote for the chrome ?

I have been completely consumed by this mosquito build i'm doing for the tamiya GB and missing a lot of the builds that really interest me, like this one ! You are all very kind in leaving positive comments on my car and bike builds so i can only apologise and i promise i'll keep up with these terrific builds :thumb1: :thumb1: :thumb1: :thumb1:

Dave i have problems with decals but am learning i just keep useing micro sol and a soft brush and just keep coming back to them and add more sol and brush the wrinkles out but be careful you dont tear the decal . It took me 5 hours to do 2 decals so i have learnt to slow done rome wasnt built in a day lol you will get there .its just learning curve. Its like now just done the top gloss and didnt notce my fingar was stuck to it. Cant put done in words what am saying.
