What colour wash would you use for the cockpit of a Zero painted with traditional interior colour?

I honestly don't know the traditional colour :D But I've seen cockpits with olive green, green, grey green and yellow/tan (sort of).
I think (dark)brown wash should be ok for any of those colors mentioned.

Ah, maybe I've got it totally wrong then Rob! I did it by the instructions that seemed correct to me somehow, I very light Greeny colour. I don't know why they seemed right, I've never seen the inside of a Zero :?

I'll have a smooch around.

Well, it's probably correct those zeros had a lot of different interior colours :) A brown wash will probably look great on that!

Don't worry Rob, I just checked the instructions and it says XF-71 Cockpit Green. I don't have many Tamiya paints and defo not that one so don't know what shade it is yet! I'll have a look at a conversion chart later!

Dunno where I get my ideas from. I'll have to stop sniffing this Ajax!
