First Build of almost 30yrs reveal

After almost a year since I started this and returned to the hobby, my Fury M4A3E8 is finished

This is not a war M4 just my version of the movie M4 and for those who have seen and like the film, the tank changes throughout, bit like the scene cuts were one second the actors are drinking half a glass the next it's full! The tank changes what it was carrying and how it appeared, even physical parts of the tank, i.e. in the film stills there're no driver/machine gunner periscope protection cages, yet the tank in the museum has them! I also used the correct T-66 track for a war tank not the later T-80 with rubber that the tank has, just what I like.

It was one hell of a learning curve and I've made many mistakes along the way but I've enjoyed every minute I've done things I'd never done as a teenager, learnt shiploads from others on the forum, so a big thank you The only bit I'm not happy with is the loss of the M1919 pistol grip, it went to the carpet monster, so I've got to make another. There's also the figures which you can see in the thread of the same name in Armour & Military Vehicles, I will finish these in the near future but for now I want to move onto another build. Watch this space or rather ISM Winter is coming GB I'm hopeful I'll make the 3 month remaining deadline as work is no longer in the way

Thanks Nev, all the paint and weathering products are Ammo Mig, the tools are painted with Old Wood MIG-036 and then given a wash with Streaking Grime MIG-1203 and a dusting of European Earth pigment MIG-3004. I thought they were way too light in the begining but they turned out ok in the end.
