The Bandai 1/144 AT-AT is due for release in March. Looking at the images HERE I'll be getting one :th:

Hoping they bring out 1/144 Snowspeeders as well - that looks great!

I'm not positive but I believe the "Mecha Colle" X-wings are roughly 1/144.

I did some digging this morning and found that F-Toys do a 1/144 Snow-Speeder that may be detailed enough to be crushed underfoot... :think:
