Build Vlog camera

Hi,
I'm planning to do a build vlog on Youtube for my next build. Any ideas what camera I should use for that? Currently I only have my 720p HD webcam, and my IPhone, so anything is basically a step up from that I guess... Tried setting up the webcam, but it kept focusing on the wrong stuff, and uploaded as 360p....
