Yep definitely - they're designed to actually reduce the stash rather than increase it so should probably act as negative count...

There is to be no list of exclusions

We need to define what we believe to be a criminal act. We should not let emotion cloud our views or our willingness to punish those suspected of such criminal acts. :bash:

As a lawyer (which I am not, but I watch a lot of telly), the plaintiff appears to be wilfully carrying out one or both of the following acts, both of which are defined herein and hereafter as criminal acts:

The wilful purchasing of model kits and or supplies required, or not required, for the completion of said model kits (hereinafter referred to as 'items' in the year of our Lord 2017 AD, hereinafter referred to as 'the period'.

The free receipt of such items into one's ownership during the period by gifting or the use of so called 'vouchers' and thus adding to items already held in one's ownership (on-site or otherwise).

This is a key clause as it brings the concept of adding to a 'stash' within the legal definition of what is defined as a criminal act.

The position of the State:

To prosecute any and all offenders to the fullest extent of all applicable law :pistols:

Mitigation - no mitigation is to be submitted to the court, under the new laws there will be no circumstances deemed acceptable for consideration when presiding on the guilt or otherwise of the plaintiff.

Forfeiture of property - any such items defined to have been criminally receipted by the plaintiff are hereby designated as contraband and will be declared forfeit and warded to the State.

Grandfather clause - any items deemed to be in the ownership of the plaintiff, where ownership began prior to the period, shall be deemed to fall outside the scope of the law although the State reserves the right of confiscation on the grounds that the plaintiff is a serial offender and may have committed criminal acts in the acquiring of items in earlier periods not YET defined by the law.

Disposal of contraband - all items warded to the State shall be placed in a blind trust and disseminated to the public for the profit of the State by way of the secondary market. All applicable taxes on international transactions will be to the gain of the territory in which the location of the offence was committed. Location of the offence is defined as the former address of the plaintiff. The use of the word 'former' is applied here, as in most cases, it is expected that the plaintiff's residence will also have been confiscated.

By order of the Attorney General's office on this 24th day of April in the year 2017 AD.
Its been tried and tested, it works! So don't blame the system if you're no good.

Seems the Attorney General is trying to increase the size of their stash for free at the expense of law abiding citizens going about there normal routine of relaxation...... :pistols:

I think you can get dispensation from Rule 1 if your kit relates to a group build... whether you intend to join it or not... I'm sure that's in the contract small print somewhere

Sweet! I will take that and run with it.....

Also I believe I never actually uttered the famous last words of "I'm not buying any new kits in 2017" (and no that just then doesn't count  )
