Nose Weight

Looking for recommendations for nose weight. Previously I've used fishing shot, but it takes so much of it to get a decent weight. Any suggestions?

You have still one of the best "medium" in use at the moment as it can easily fill any cavity "shapes" you have to deal with !
if you were to change for nuts and bolts or BB lead shots or Automobile wheels self adhesive lead weights "cut to shape" or the like... it could be awkward to make that stuff fit in tight compartment dead spaces....

and it all depends on the model you have and the voids in such models that are at your disposal for adding weight in front of the centre mass.

Fishing shot is about as dense as you will get unless you use actual lead. I have some stuff called 'Three Greens' which is pretty good. It's like a lead putty, useful for cramming into weird shapes.

I use a deluxe materials stuff , think it is called Micro ballons it is very small lead spheres that are fixed with some CA glue, very nice stuff ,still expensive but last fir ages

This is the name of that deluxe material, liquid gravity, the Micro ballons that I mention is other stuff to fill gaps and so ... sorry as I am away of the bench for three weeks now ☺. This Liquid gravity is very nice to use !

Wouldn't Number 9 shotgun pellets (0.08mm ) be just as good and way cheaper.

Various options: wheel balancing weights, ball bearings, liquid gravity and split shot.
