<Models for Heroes> PLEASE READ

Post by Paul »

PLEASE READ THIS

So as per the ISM Live "At the bench" show tonight, our end of month auction on the 30th June all the proceeds will be donated to Models for Heroes Malcolm Childs . We've currently about 20 kits that have been donated by guys that join the off air hangouts on ISM and the Live show crew themselves. We're not looking for any more kit donations, if you want to donate kits directly to Models for heroes the details can be found here https://www.facebook.com/modelsforheroes/

All the money from the auctions will be pooled into our PayPal account and if you wish to donate along with ISM you can send a monetary donation to Fridaynightsliveism@gmail.com this way we will donate as a whole group and see what ISM can do for this very worthy charity. Please send any donations by friends and family and let us know your real name and username on you tube too.

We've over £300 already just from tonights very generous donations and with the auctions and other donations we hope this will climb a lot more, even if you can just donate £1 it all counts so please dig deep and lets see what we can do as a group.

Thanks :)

What can I say? We're so excited about this. Thank you Paul and thank you all the ISMers that are donating and also helping to set this up admin wise, it takes effort and drive to run something like this and we're very grateful. The money will be used to purchase supplies and materials for model making; Glues, clippers, cutting mats, paints, brushes, tweezers and all them little tools we all need.

Each injured, wounded or sick serviceman that joins in with the modelling sessions run at UK treatment centres will get the chance to use the best materials and quality tools to learn the skills needed for the hobby and begin their journey in plastic! Its an excellent way of giving to our soldiers that have given for us and excellent for the hobby too.

Check out 'your stories' on our website to read about how modelling has helped with mental health. http://www.modelsforheroes.co.uk/your-stories

A great cause gentlemen. Please support it.
It takes one trip to, or the study of one major battle. (Especially defensive) To understand that in your most vivid dreams you could not understand the reality of the individuals involved.
To help support the people of one of the countries that, lets face it, probably poured the foundation for the modern world. ( Even if you are poo on the cricket pitch  ) Is the least we can do.
