Paint and decals look great
Interested to hear your opinion of the Revell kit itself vs say a Tamiya or Fujimi
I definitely favour avoidance from Revell etc

Scott am finding the f1 one kits are generally very good kits decals are normally good maybe lacking a bit of detail in the engine but that gets covered anyway I normally stay away from revell having bad experience but have done a couple of f1 kits now and for the price you can get them for would say yes good i paid £4. For the renault off eBay am bit of a alonso fan

Great job Paul lovely paint and decal job, pity the Revell F1's are 1/24 have built the Ferrari F10 and the Mclaren and the Mercedes cars they are well engineered kits that build really nicely and great value for money.

You made this kit shine and I suspect that was not an easy task

The kit went togeatheir very well what you cant see is i had to take the exhuast off to make the body fit to save having problems and the main decal that runs along the top give me a bit of a issue but apart from that i would recomend this is the second f1 revell kit i have done and i like them .they got very little fit issues cheers scott

Superb job, Paul
Really impressed by what you did with a simple kit, sometimes a challenge is fun.
Would love to see what you would do with a MFH kit or a Pocher.
I have a number of older F1 Tamiya kits in the stash and I really want to get back into them...spent my early teen years doing those. Too many kits, too little time. I have two lifetimes worth of models stored and only half a lifetime left!!!

My biggest problem is speed am getting better I must learn to wait for things to dry and not rush things I blame work for that wanting things done yesterday

Car looks great exmoor, and I'm with you there about the paint drying times. It would be nice if you could get
A perfectly colour matched self levelling paint that is completely cured in 5 minutes! Ah one can only dream.
