Acrylics Help

Hi all, I recently got back into the hobby after many years away and so much has changed it's quite mind blowing.
I'm in need of a little help in regards acrylics I'm a hairy stick user due to space limitations (no room for airbrush setup) and I'm finding it really hard to get a good finish (I'm using humbrol acrylics) what acrylic paint gives the best finish using a brush?

Oh also I've been trying to find a good match for the humbrol azure blue and middle stone Matt but had no luck so if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great
